Having visited their sister location in the heart of Asbury Park, this more quaint spot in Brielle was highly anticipated. Ever since opening day, people have been pouring in, in search of some bomb comfort food and their killer happy hour.
We’ve tried everything from a moderately healthy chicken gyro salad to the greasiest most fattening things on the menu. The Ale House burger with chicken breast has great flavors. The black, bleu, bacon, buffalo burger is picture perfect, however, if you like your meat rare like me, you’ll be slightly disappointed. Their burgers are two patties and are never cooked less than medium well, even if you ask nicely. The Reuben quesadilla is creative, greasy, and delicious. You can’t go wrong with a mac and cheese bowl topped with buffalo chicken or pulled pork. What’s not to love? Their nachos are hearty and their drunken chicken is great and portioned generously.
This is definitely the place to try something different every time you go because it’s always going to be good! Check it out and let us know what you got!
