These cupcakes almost look too good to eat!! They come from Simona’s Bakery in Sea Girt, New Jersey. Although each cupcake is almost $4, they are definitely shareable! Whenever we get these for family and friends, we cut the cupcakes in sixths so everyone can try. Not one of the flavors has ever let us down… And just when you think the outside looks incredible enough, you would be surprised to find that the inside of each cupcake is stuffed! The Raspberry Chocolate Mouse and the Blueberry White Chocolate cupcakes (shown in the photo with three cupcakes) were featured on the Food Network. The other flavors in the photos are Reese’s Peanut Butter, Cannoli, Key Lime, Smores, Strawberry Shortcake, and Strawberry Lemonade. Simona’s Bakery also sells cakes, cookies, biscottis, and more. The cake is a strawberry shortcake that we got for a graduation party!
